Research Interest: Dr. Amit Chaudhary earned his PhD in Biotechnology from NIT Allahabad, India. During his doctoral studies, he conducted research on the impact of genetic factors on Alzheimer's disease pathology. His expertise encompasses Genomics, biophysics, structural, and network biology.

Following the completion of his doctoral studies, Dr. Chaudhary pursued postdoctoral training at IIT Bombay, India. He utilized Molecular Dynamics simulations to investigate the antibacterial and amyloidogenic activities of antimicrobial peptides with bacterial lipid models. Additionally, he explored the secondary structure transition of Alpha-synuclein with polymer surfactants in both aqueous and non-aqueous solvents.

Currently, Dr. Chaudhary's research focuses on exploring the behavior of MOFs and deep eutectic solvents using molecular dynamics simulation.
